Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Biased

Role: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Biased. Hours: 40 Hrs. Location: London. We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical Bias) who will undertake planned and reactive mechanical maintenance works, operating within a shift team to ensure continuous service delivery.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services plant and equipment; Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete corrective works efficiently and safely; Monitor, record, and report plant performance, defects, and maintenance activities using the CAFM system; Work collaboratively within a shift team to meet client SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high professional standards; Ensure all works are completed in compliance with Mitie Engineering Services policies, health & safety requirements, and safe systems of work

Requirements

Recognised mechanical apprenticeship with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification; Minimum of three years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role; Strong knowledge of building services systems including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and heating systems; Proven experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial or critical environments
