Motion Designer

We are looking for a mid-level Motion Designer to help us drive our fast-paced motion output. This is a crucial, production-focused role, where you will independently execute briefs within an established motion language. The role is designed with progression in mind. Joining our motion department, you will step into a well structured environment with defined systems, organized files, and clear review gates rather than having to absorb conventions by osmosis.

Responsibilities

Apply the motion language; Support main campaigns; Produce social media content; Adapt and localize deliverables across formats and placements; Navigate the review process; Maintain system standards; Work primarily in After Effects, use Cinema 4D within Redshift render pipeline for 3D, and rely on Figma for product and design handoffs

Requirements

Solid animation fundamentals (timing, easing, weight, follow-through); Advanced proficiency in After Effects; Solid working knowledge of Cinema 4D and Redshift; Premiere Pro for sound design passes and rough cuts; Illustrator and Photoshop for asset preparation and cleanup; Figma knowledge for working with product and design handoffs; Strong typography, color, and composition skills; Organized handoff habits: clean project files, consistent naming, strict versioning; Receiving feedback well: iterating quickly without friction
