We are looking for a flexible and reliable Multitask Team Member to join our hotel team. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent guest service.

About the Role

As a Multitask Team Member, you will support the daily operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and basic Maintenance duties. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the day and night.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out; Handle guest enquiries, calls, and requests efficiently; Perform night audit and daily reporting tasks; Maintain cleanliness in public areas and back-of-house; Support kitchen and bar cleaning duties; Carry out safety checks, fire walks, and basic maintenance inspections; Ensure security procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times

Requirements

Positive, friendly, and professional attitude; Strong teamwork and communication skills; Ability to multitask and work independently; Flexibility to work early, late, and night shifts; Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred; Service focused personality is essential
