Constance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during night hours, overseeing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing accounts and verifying financial transactions; Generate and analyse daily reports to ensure accuracy of financial records; Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during night hours; Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally; Coordinate with other departments to address any operational issues that arise during the night shift; Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations; Assist in training new staff members on night audit procedures; Maintain a clean and organised front desk area; Support other front office operations as needed

Requirements

Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills (MS Office suite); Strong mathematical and accounting skills with attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently; Previous experience in hotel night audit or similar role preferred; Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or related field preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required; Knowledge of hotel operations and accounting procedures; Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices; Ability to work night shifts and weekends; Willingness to work and live in the Maldives
