Responsibilities

Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.; Managing guest inquiries, requests, and reservations during the night shift.; Performing night audit procedures and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial and operational reports.; Monitoring the safety and security of guests, team members, and the hotel premises.; Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks in a timely manner.; Setting up the front office for a seamless handover to the morning team.; Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.; Responding calmly and effectively to any issues or emergencies that may arise during the night.

Requirements
