Non-series material planner

Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating the ordering of non-serial materials (NSM) for assigned technology areas to ensure uninterrupted operations; Securing the timely availability of materials required for daily operations and project-related activities; Coordinating closely with internal customers, suppliers, and purchasing partners to align material requirements and delivery schedules; Optimizing by maintaining accurate master data and inventory information in SAP while analyzing demand and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in material planning processes

Requirements

Professional experience in inventory management and a good understanding of logistics, warehousing, procurement, and purchasing processes; Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve issues independently; Precise, structured, and analytical approach combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Business fluent English and Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

University degree in a technical or business-related field; SAP knowledge; German language knowledge
