Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Outpatient Infusion

Join IVX Health as a Nurse Practitioner! IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you'll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Days and locations may be subject to change.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments, perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management; Maintain accurate records in the EHR system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination; Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license; Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state); AANP or ANCC board certification; BLS certification; Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred; Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting
