Maximize the value of Pfizer products to Chinese patients and health care professional within Pfizer's vision and mission. Develop KOL engagement strategy and action plan. Establish regional platform and channel with China regional academic organization in defined therapeutic area for knowledge delivery and interaction. Build effective regional medical advisor interface and provide professional medical training to support field force teams independently. All the above duties will be carried out under the guidance of MSL Manager or Medical Affairs Lead.

Responsibilities

Maximize the value of Pfizer products to Chinese patients and health care professionals; Develop KOL engagement strategy and action plan; Establish regional platform and channel with China regional academic organization for knowledge delivery and interaction; Build effective regional medical advisor interface and provide professional medical training to support field force teams; Lead mapping/profiling of regional level KOLs; Develop medical to medical communication with regional level KOLs; Establish good academic relationship with regional academic organization; Organize and lead regional medical meetings with KOLs; Cooperate with local regional medical societies to conduct medical programs/conferences; Speak at medical communication meetings as needed; Enhance local data generation; Facilitate submission of investigator initiated or collaboration proposals; Support review and tracking of new data generation projects; Drive regional medical strategy; Collect, analyze and report regional medical insights; Initiate and lead medical programs at regional level; Ensure company's compliance; Support MAPP review; Support review and approval of promotional materials; Provide medical training to field force; Provide customized responses for medical queries

Requirements

Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of the therapeutic area; Proficiency in oral and written English; Good understanding about pharmaceutical business; Familiar with Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Strong business acumen; Cross functional leadership skill; Strong communication and influencing skill; Sustain focus on performance; Manage change; Seeks opportunities to receive and provide knowledge and leading practices; Align across Pfizer; Master's degree or higher in clinical medicine in relevant therapeutic area; Good medical knowledge for the defined therapeutic area; Proficiency in English and good computer usage
