Responsibilities

Perform daily operational tasks within core sub-functions, including Engineering, Production, and Process departments.; Support process improvement initiatives and engineering projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Quality to ensure smooth production workflows.; Assist in data analysis and reporting to monitor production KPIs and drive operational excellence.; Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility .

Requirements

Engineering Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.; Fresh graduates or recent graduates with up to 2 years of work experience.; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.; Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis (Python, SQL) is an advantage.; Fluent in English and local language.
