Operator Team Members - Multiple Opportunities

Our Orrcon Manufacturing business has multiple opportunities available for Team Members to join the Production team based in Salisbury, QLD. No previous operations or manufacturing experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support are provided. These roles are full-time and permanent. Operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with teams working across day, afternoon and night shifts on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

Support and promote a safe working environment; operate machinery to process and manufacture products; operate equipment such as forklift and cranes; pack, strap, and monitor products to ensure quality control; work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts

Requirements

No previous operations or manufacturing experience required; enthusiasm to learn new skills; put safety first in everything they do; work well with others and communicate effectively; positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to shift work; respect others and embrace a diverse and inclusive workforce; enjoy contributing in a fast-paced environment; submit application and complete pre-screening questions including preferred shift; complete online safety assessment; attend in-person interview and site tour; pass pre-employment medical (including urine drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks
