Order Management/SCM Manager

Lead critical supply chain operations across order management, inventory control, and procurement. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensure inventory accuracy and availability, and oversee sourcing and supplier management activities. You will work closely with sales, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to improve workflows, support business performance, and enable informed operational decisions through forecasting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the order management team, including training, coaching, and performance reviews; Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from order entry and validation to invoicing and delivery; Partner with sales, logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve order issues and improve workflows; Drive process improvements and automation in order processing systems; Support audits, revenue recognitions, and compliance requirements; Develop and implement inventory management strategies and policies; Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and systems; Forecast demand and plan replenishment in coordination with procurement and sales; Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits, reconcile discrepancies; Track slow-moving, excess and obsolete inventory, and recommend corrective actions; Optimize warehouse storage and inventory turnover to reduce carrying costs; Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems (Infor LN); Manage the end-to-end procurement process (sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance); Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements; Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, production, inventory) to forecast demand and align purchasing plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; More than 10 years of experience in order management, supply chain, and procurement functions; At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams; Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes; Experience with ERP systems; Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and inventory management best practices; Experience in forecasting, financial analysis, demand planning, and operational reporting; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail; Ability to work independently on complex assignments, improve ways of working, and guide others within your area of expertise
