OSHC Assistant Coordinator | Holy Cross - Bondi Junction

Join us at Holy Cross Primary OSHCare in Bondi Junction , as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 19 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday, Wednesday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and Monday to Friday 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.

Requirements

Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite; Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration; Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences; Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community; Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities; Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!); State working-with-children check; Australian working rights; National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
