Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We're hiring fully licensed LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs to serve clients in the South Hills of Pittsburgh at our Upper St. Clair location.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families & groups; Create and implement treatment plans; Maintain documentation & collaborate with your team; Engage in community events & outreach; Bring your humor, creativity, and authentic self to work every day

Requirements

Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.; Ability to supervise pre-licensed therapists; Experienced in intake, treatment planning & documentation; Skilled communicator & boundary-setter; Comfortable working with diverse clients from children to older adults; Familiar with EHR & telehealth platforms; Flexible, creative, and ready to grow with us; Willing to work in-person at our Upper St. Clair office with optional hybrid flexibility; Some evening hours required
