About Think Zone: Think Zone, part of TAL Education Group, helps K–8 students build strong math foundations through engaging, personalized instruction. We believe learning should be fun, challenging, and confidence-building—and our tutors play a huge role in making that happen.

Responsibilities

Tutor K–8 students through personalized one-on-one math instruction; Explain math concepts in ways students can easily understand; Encourage problem-solving and critical thinking; Build students' confidence and celebrate their progress; Create a positive, engaging learning environment; Track student progress using our curriculum and resources; Build positive relationships with students and families

Requirements

Enjoy helping others learn; Have a strong foundation in math; Communicate clearly and patiently; Are responsible and dependable; Love encouraging and motivating younger students; Are currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma

Nice to have

Teaching or tutoring experience; Saturday availability
