We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as part of our team as a Weekend Care Professional . In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes. At Home Instead we do visits no less then an hour so you have the time to provide the care people need and deserve.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support; Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing; Support with meal preparation and dietary needs; Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks; Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions; Monitor and report on client well-being

Requirements

A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential; Excellent communication skills; Confidence to work independently and as part of a team; A genuine passion for helping others; We are unable to offer Sponsorship; Individuals with a compassionate, patient nature.; Reliable individuals committed to making a positive impact.; No previous experience in caregiving needed, full training will be provided.; A driving licence and vehicle access are required due to the rural location of some clients.
