Responsibilities

Coordinate with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, and shipping/receiving staff to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.; Check with the body shop daily to determine parts needs and deliver parts to appropriate technicians.; Verify invoices match purchase orders and confirm payments for each delivery, maintain accurate daily delivery and pick-up logs with recipient signatures.; Unload truck each night, turn in all paperwork, and manage undelivered parts.; Perform basic truck maintenance including fueling, oil checks, cleaning, and required inspections, report major repair needs to the parts manager.; Assist with stocking and posting incoming orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.; Support the service department with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up responsibilities as needed.; Maintain professional appearance and adhere to all company safety policies, immediately report any accidents to management.

Requirements

High School Diploma; All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA; All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner; All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
