Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service; Support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks; Follow and promote company customer service programs; Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in merchandise selection; Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers; Complete assigned company training; Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone; Maintain and secure the cash drawer; Process exchanges and returns for credit; Address and resolve customer complaints; Assist with daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, freight receiving, and planogram updates; Prepare merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center; Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment; Perform in-store services for customers; Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle

Requirements

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences; Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service; Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Nice to have

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service; ASE certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired); Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
