Responsibilities

Assist with processing patient imaging records to ensure accuracy and efficiency; Greet patients in person and through various communication media to establish rapport; Coordinate with radiology staff to expedite patient care and streamline workflows; Maintain organized filing systems and manage telephone communications effectively

Requirements

High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; Knowledge of telephone usage and principles of filing

Nice to have

Previous experience in patient care; Knowledge of basic medical terminology; Radiology Information Systems; Henry Ford Health Information system functions
