Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to play a key role in the production of complex, high-reliability electronic products? You will support the optimisation of manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of advanced engineering solutions within a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Telford

On-site Requirement: 3 Days Per Week

Seniority: 5+ Years Experience

Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

Support and improve PCB manufacturing processes across production operations.; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.; Investigate manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis activities.; Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimise manufacturability.; Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.; Support new product introduction activities and process validation exercises.

Requirements

PCB Manufacturing Engineering; Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement; Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving; Manufacturing Documentation & Process Control; New Product Introduction (NPI); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or relevant technical military background with equivalent experience.

Nice to have

Lean Manufacturing methodologies.; Six Sigma principles.; IPC standards knowledge.; Electronics assembly process experience.
