Perfomance Manager

We are looking for a Specialist Business Analyst - Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon or Coimbra. As a fully proficient professional, you will complete complex tasks with limited supervision, leading project components, and acting as an informal resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues within the team.

Responsibilities

Execute defined task updates for Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering functions while progressively managing KPI dashboards, evaluating intermediate delivery plans, and liaising with Finance data and stakeholders; Support and eventually own the subcontracting management process from PO tracking to goods receipt, anticipating and alerting stakeholders to late delivery risks; Coordinate and drive PRM (Supplier Performance Review) milestones alongside SCMs in core countries; Assist and progressively run workforce management by maintaining workload and workforce dashboards and executing resource updates; Identify complex business risks and opportunities beyond formal data status and structure insights for internal customers; Perform activities under the guidance of business management teams and act as a trusted operational interface with remote international stakeholders; Take an active role in local initiatives for Airbus Portugal, centralize business management activities, standardize processes, and optimize ways of working using lean management and Six Sigma

Requirements

Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a demonstrated equivalent track record in business analysis, data management, or operational tracking; Early-career experience to full professional proficiency gained through job-related training and/or considerable work experience in basic to advanced business analysis, data management, or financial control; Completes work with a limited degree of supervision; Solid foundational mastery of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Looker Studio) and Microsoft Excel; Fluent English

Fluent French, German, or Spanish; Experience with lean management and Six Sigma methodologies
