Personal care worker - Campbelltown

We are looking for care workers who are caring, compassionate, respectful and provide high quality holistic care in Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home. Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the Hoxton Park, Austral, Campbelltown City area.

Responsibilities

Provide personal and domestic care; Provide holistic care in aged, disability, transitional and palliative care and hospital in the home; Help clients live empowered and independently at home; Report to the Care Manager Right at Home Macarthur Penrith

Requirements

Ability to provide personal and domestic care; A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people; Ability to do sleep overs & work in 24 hour care shifts; Must have Cert III and higher on Disability support/Community health services/Aged care; Australian Driving License with fully comprehensively insured car is a must; Current First aid and CPR; Current Working with children (Blue card) and Australian federal police check; Ability to speak in Serbian, Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese or any other language including English; 30-40 Hrs Per Fortnight; Availability required: all days of the week including evenings; Position open for Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia only; Fully COVID 19 vaccination

Nice to have

Worker from multi-culture background; Ability to speak languages other than English; Own a car with full license and comprehensive insurance; Able to commute between clients
