Pharmacy Technician

Join a well-established PCN team as a Pharmacy Technician, supporting both GP practices and care homes. In this role, you will support pharmacists with care home ward rounds, assist with triage processes across the network, work across GP practices and care home settings, utilise EMIS and SystmOne (S1) systems, and contribute to medicines optimisation and patient care.

Requirements

Current and valid GPhC registration; Prior experience within GP / Primary Care / PCN settings; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team; Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
