Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Huntley, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Responsibilities

Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians; Clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM; Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 6 weeks; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals; Hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock; Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services; Nurse and certified medical assistant support; EPIC electronic health system

Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution; Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine; Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
