Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Wheaton, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Responsibilities

Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians; Clinic hours are Mondays: 7:30AM - 6:30PM, Tuesdays-Thursdays: 7:30AM - 5PM, Fridays: 7:30AM - 4PM; Call responsibilities: 2 days a month; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals; Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital; Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services; Nurse and certified medical assistant support; EPIC electronic health system

Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution; Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine; Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
