Piercer

We are looking for a Piercer to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers; Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision; Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving, welding and aftercare); Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times; Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment; Exceptional personal grooming and presentation; Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

Requirements

A customer first attitude and a desire to drive sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment; Positive, proactive and able to work to direction; Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
