Principal Fire Engineer

A leading fire consultancy is seeking a technically strong Principal Fire Engineer to join their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Fire Engineer to take ownership of major projects, support strategic growth and provide technical leadership across the business.

Responsibilities

Lead complex fire engineering projects; Review and sign off technical reports; Manage client relationships; Mentor Fire Engineers across the team; Support projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and high-rise sectors

Requirements

Extensive fire engineering consultancy experience; A strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidance; Experience leading complex fire strategies; Excellent technical review and report writing ability; Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Nice to have

Chartered Engineer status would be highly desirable
