A prestigious New York-headquartered US law firm is seeking a talented Private Equity M&A Associate to join its highly regarded team in London. The team focuses exclusively on Private Equity and works across a broad range of complex transactions and sponsors. This role offers the opportunity to join a globally integrated Private Equity platform advising leading sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on high-profile transactions across international markets.

Responsibilities

Advising sponsors and portfolio companies on private equity acquisitions and disposals; Advising on cross-border M&A transactions; Advising on portfolio company investments and exits; Advising on complex sponsor-led deals across multiple sectors

Requirements

Qualified in England & Wales or Scotland; Strong private equity experience gained at a leading law firm; Ability to hit the ground running on sophisticated transactions; Strong technical skills and commercial awareness; Comfortable working within a high-performing international team; PQE 4-6 years; 7+ years; Mid Level (2-5 years); Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years)
