Requirements

Job Purpose; Key Responsibilities; Provide expert support for process control systems including DCS, PLC, and SCADA .; Monitor and optimize automation and control system performance to improve plant efficiency and reliability.; Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for control system failures.; Support implementation of advanced process control (APC) strategies and automation improvements .; Participate in control system upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects .; Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures .; Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to enhance system reliability and plant performance.; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical teams when required.; Requirements; Education:; Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Control Systems Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related field .; Experience:; Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Process Control Systems , preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industry .; Technical Skills; Strong experience with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems; Knowledge of advanced process control (APC) and automation technologies; Experience in control system troubleshooting, optimization, and reliability improvement; Familiarity with international instrumentation and control engineering standards; Key Skills; Process automation and control systems; Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis; Control system optimization; Engineering problem solving
