About the Role

Responsibilities

Process Improvement: Monitor and optimize production processes using Statistical Process Control methodologies to improve efficiency and performance; Standardization: Define, implement, and maintain process settings and standards such as centerlining and CIL practices; Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis and standardization initiatives to sustainably enhance production outcomes; Technical Expertise: Conduct technical gap analyses and act as the process and technology expert within your area; Data Analysis: Translate production data into actionable insights, priorities, and improvement plans for teams; Team Development: Train and coach production teams to ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and best practices; Project Support: Contribute to product/material development and project implementation using Design for Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Early experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or strong potential demonstrated through academic or practical projects; Strong analytical and technical understanding of machinery, processes, and data analysis; Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and lead improvement discussions
