Process Science Laboratory Technician

Provide laboratory support to the client's Process Science team under the customer quality system, using customer company procedures and adhering to Eurofins PSS general policies and standards. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires shift work on a biweekly rotating pattern. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Support upstream and downstream process activities, including equipment set-up, preparation of media/feeds/buffers, and assembly and operation of bioreactors; Perform routine preparation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory and bioprocess equipment; Carry out bioreactor sampling and manage sample submissions in accordance with site procedures and regulatory expectations; Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment, including periodic cleaning of biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, incubators, fridges, freezers, water baths, and other laboratory assets; Monitor and maintain laboratory stock levels, including materials, consumables, and reagents; Complete documentation and training records to Eurofins standards

Requirements

Diploma in a relevant scientific discipline; Relevant laboratory experience, ideally within a GMP-regulated environment; Strong planning and organisational skills; Excellent accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively as part of a team; Strong IT skills, including use of laboratory systems, software, and digital documentation tools; Effective communication, both internally and externally; Familiarity with pharmaceutical and laboratory operations, including GMP principles, documentation practices, autoclave use, and sample management
