Procurement Specialist (L.68/99)

As our Procurement Specialist (L.68/99), you'll implement integrated procurement strategies to support company objectives, manage procurement cost records, ensure departments follow correct procurement flows, optimize buying activities, and continuously monitor key procurement metrics. Responsibilities

Implement integrated procurement strategies to support company objectives; Manage procurement cost records; Ensure departments follow correct procurement flows; Optimize buying activities; Monitor key procurement metrics; Lead vendor negotiations and manage procurement spend; Support internal stakeholders with procurement guidance; Oversee contract management and maintain the online Contract Management System; Ensure compliance in procurement processes; Track performance and optimize operations; Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes

Requirements

1+ years of experience in procurement, legal, or administrative functions; Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related fields; Detail-oriented with a strong interest in contractual clauses; Strong negotiation abilities and understanding of supplier dynamics; Strategic and structured thinking combined with hands-on execution; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

Familiarity with cost management and operational efficiency; Experience negotiating media contracts; Other European languages
