Product Development Coordinator

In this role, you won’t just be supporting; you’ll be at the heart of orchestrating development details, ensuring seamless timelines, meticulous sample tracking, and clear vendor communication. Responsibilities

Coordinate the development of prototype products and oversee the entire development process for the product line.; Serve as the primary point of contact for development details with crucial vendor partners.; Generate and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, ensuring accuracy.; Manage the efficient flow of weekly updates to keep composites current for vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising teams.; Diligently track development milestones to ensure all execution remains within established timeframes.; Facilitate clear and concise communication of design development details across all internal teams.; Provide essential support for sample management and data entry within product systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; 0 to 5 years of experience in product design or product development (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!); Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail; Comfort and proficiency in working with data systems and spreadsheets; A clear and effective communicator capable of aligning multiple internal and external partners; Possess a positive, can-do attitude and genuine excitement for the brand and its product offerings.
