Product Lead, AI-Native (Special Projects)

ShopBack is building a lean, high-velocity AI-Native Special Projects team to build the future of AI agents for millions of users. As the Lead, you will lead a lean team of product generalists to build agents powered by AI. You will report to the CPO. You are the bridge between ShopBack’s large first-party data moat and traffic, and the end-user experience. You will be 80% builder and 20% strategist. You will not manage via spreadsheets; you will lead by setting the architectural vision while also leading by executing and shipping hands-on.

Responsibilities

Lead a lean team of product generalists to build agents powered by AI; Be the bridge between ShopBack's large first-party data moat and traffic, and the end-user experience; Architect and build the first versions of our AI agents; Move from ideation to a working prototype in days; Design and implement custom multi-agent AI solutions integrating state-of-the-art LLMs or open models using modern orchestration frameworks; Work with data teams to turn proprietary first-party data into fine-tuned context for AI agents; Lead, grow, and develop a lean team of AI-native full-stack generalists; Spend time with prospective customers, including merchants, to understand their pain points

Requirements
