Product Manager, Forming & Dryer Fabrics

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager- Paper Machine Clothing (PMC) to help drive the sales strategy, roadmap development, and overall commercial success of a portfolio of industrial textiles, including forming fabrics, dryer fabrics, filtration media, and conveyor products. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to deliver differentiated product solutions that enhance customer productivity, improve quality, and reduce total cost of ownership. You will serve as a key voice in transforming customer needs into actionable product direction and will lead initiatives that shape our competitive position in the market.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales strategy, roadmap development, and overall commercial success of a portfolio of industrial textiles, including forming fabrics, dryer fabrics, filtration media, and conveyor products; Partner closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to deliver differentiated product solutions; Serve as a key voice in transforming customer needs into actionable product direction and lead initiatives that shape competitive position; Manage the full product life cycle from concept through launch and eventual phase-out; Use market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven decision-making to define segment strategies, build compelling business cases, lead cross-functional new product development processes, and optimize performance and profitability; Champion the creation of sales tools, value calculations, pricing frameworks, training materials, and marketing messages that support product differentiation, field adoption, and commercial success

Requirements

Strong background in engineering or technical product management; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Textile, or Paper Science Engineering, or commensurate experience in the paper industry; Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in industrial textiles, papermaking fabrics, filtration media, technical textiles, or related engineered products; Experience supporting customer trials and analyzing performance data; Strong financial acumen related to pricing and margin analysis; Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
