Product Manager, Logistics

Whatnot is the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe to buy, sell, and discover the things you love. As a Product Manager on the Logistics team, you will shape the systems and experiences that power how anything gets shipped on Whatnot.

Responsibilities

Shape the systems and experiences that power how anything gets shipped on Whatnot; Ensure that anything can be sold and fulfilled on Whatnot; Identify shipping options that unlock new categories, countries, and seller segments; Accomplish best-in-class shipping reliability by building tools and systems that enable sellers to ship quickly and consistently; Improve shipping affordability and transparency by designing pricing, bundling, and carrier solutions; Drive sustainable logistics economics by building scalable infrastructure, data systems, and user experiences; Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and external partners

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution while balancing short and long-term goals; Strong product judgment with the ability to balance buyer experience, seller needs, and business economics; Experience building or scaling complex systems that combine user experience with underlying platform or infrastructure; A data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using insights to drive decisions; Ability to operate across ambiguity, identify high-leverage opportunities, and drive execution across multiple teams; Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations

Nice to have

Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or multi-sided marketplaces with logistics components; Experience in a marketplace, logistics, or systems-heavy environment
