Product Manager - MEA Expansion

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy; Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends; Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often; Spent time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions; Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals; Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact; Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers; Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement; Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.

Requirements

You're excited by building B2B fintech products and have hands-on experience with banks, PSPs, SWIFT and local payment rails across MEA; You own your roadmap and can identify problems, make decisions, and drive things forward without waiting to be managed; You're someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it; You're a strong communicator and enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions to deliver value to users; You're comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to design solutions that are user-centric yet compliant; You have enough technical depth to work closely with engineers and find the best solution to a problem; You thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure to them rather than waiting for it.
