Product Marketing Manager

Strella is reimagining market research with AI. Its platform conducts in-depth, AI-moderated interviews and transforms customer conversations into actionable insights. The Product Marketing Manager will own how Strella packages, positions and launches what it sells, reporting to the marketing lead and working closely with the founders, sales and research teams.

Responsibilities

Package the platform and services into clear, compelling offerings, each with a defined audience, outcome, and scope; Develop positioning and messaging grounded in real customer insights and bring it to life across website, sales materials, campaigns, and product; Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and offerings, from positioning and launch planning through adoption; Equip Sales with narratives, decks, proof points, case studies, and competitive context to win enterprise conversations; Own competitive intelligence and positioning; Stay close to customers and the market and translate insights into recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing; Drive adoption and expansion through lifecycle marketing, including release communications, newsletters, product education, and targeted campaigns; Measure performance across launches, messaging, and adoption, and continuously refine the approach

Requirements

4–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or at a startup; Can zoom out to positioning and narrative, then zoom in on the details of a launch; Strong organizer who can clearly prioritize and communicate priorities; Take ownership and are comfortable being the single owner of key workstreams; Write clearly and tell a good story
