Product Owner - AUTOSAR, Embedded Systems

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical requirements; Define and maintain product backlogs; Defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for automotive projects.; Identifying and mitigating risks in product development; Working effectively with international teams, often across time zones and cultures; Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the automotive sector.

Requirements

14+ Years Experience in embedded SW development and managing Embedded programs; Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc) and regulations.; Understanding of quality assurance processes; Experience in concept-to-production development process; Good product management in Automotive domain; Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams; Good Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skilla with effective communication and presentation ability.; Experience in configuration management; Strong interpersonal skills for understanding and managing team dynamics; Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

Working Experience in Gateway/Zonal Controller product will be an added advantage; Working Experience in BCM will be an added advantage; Working Experience in PEPS/PAKM will be an added advantage; Working Experience in V2X will be added advantage
