New Starting Pay: $22.07/hr + $2/hr night shift differential | Weekly Pay

Shift & Schedule

- 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- 2-2-3 Rotation: Work only ~15 days a month! Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.

Training Note: Initial onboarding and training occur on the Day Shift before transitioning to permanent night rotation.

Responsibilities

Lead Machine Operations : Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets.; Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.; Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality.; Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals.
