Production Technician

Hands-on production role supporting every stage of the packaging process for premium cannabis products, including dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, pens, and infused items. Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt.

Responsibilities

Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks; Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste; Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing; Maintain 100% compliance in data recording, product tracking, and secure packaging; Keep the extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready; Follow OSHA standards, Curaleaf SOPs, and state regulations; Ensure every product is accurately labeled and fully compliant

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Eager to learn and can be trained on various production equipment and SOPs; Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills; Able to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency over extended periods; Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable; Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift); Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance; Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists; Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching; Ability to climb ladders or step stools; Ability to use required PPE

Nice to have

At least one year of manufacturing or packaging experience focused on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality results
