Program Manager and Process Analyst - Vice President

We are seeking a mid-level Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across technology teams focused on data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution, delivery transparency, and risk management. The ideal candidate has hands-on Scrum experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives with predictability and quality; Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks; Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria; Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams; Track and report Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput); Provide clear delivery status updates and escalate risks as needed; Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role; Experience supporting technology delivery teams (software, data, automation, or AI); Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks; Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar; Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Nice to have

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent); Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments; Experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams; Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) or AI-related initiatives
