Responsibilities

Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients; Develop insights to inform our client's strategies; Partner with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients; Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication; Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum; Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data; Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Programmatic advertising in an agency environment; Knowledge of real-time bidding, ad formats such as display, video, and CTV, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform; Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk; Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies; Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents; Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands; Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues
