Project Director for base build construction Luxembourg, PDS Projects

We are looking for a Project Director for base build construction in our Project & Development Services (PDS) department in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale projects from conception design to completion for construction or renovation of new or existing buildings; Draw up and support the commercial offer; Manage the contractual relationship; Lead project meetings; Support and advise the client in decision-making; Be directly in contact with project owners and identify/understand customer needs; Translate customer requirements into actionable project implementation; Develop and monitor project management tools such as schedule, budget, risk analysis, administrative follow-up; Select and manage external contractors; Ensure all parties involved meet their contractual commitments; Coordinate and lead the project team including customer internal stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent; Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role and environment; Fluent knowledge of French and English; Excellent organizational skills; Detail-oriented; Ability to work independently; Reliable; Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members; Team player; Ability to adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations; Proficient in MS Office
