Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager with commercial experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to deliver high-quality commercial projects while developing their career within a respected real estate consultancy. The Project Manager will work across commercial office, refurbishment, fit out, landlord, and occupier-led projects, supporting clients from inception through to completion. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who is client-facing, organised, and comfortable managing consultants, contractors, programmes, risks, and project reporting. The successful Project Manager will join a busy commercial team with a strong London project pipeline.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction and property projects across London, working with occupiers, landlords, investors, developers, and wider professional teams; Responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, chairing meetings, and contractor liaison; Support office fit out, refurbishment, and commercial development projects, ensuring each scheme is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Requirements

Prior construction consultancy experience; Strong commercial project experience; Experience across offices, fit out, refurbishment, landlord, or occupier projects; A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar; MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards; Good knowledge of JCT contracts; Strong communication and client-facing skills; A proactive and professional approach
