Project Manager

You will work alongside project teams to support the successful delivery of workplace and commercial fit-out projects from planning through completion. Projects may vary in scale, complexity, and stakeholder requirements across Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, and Corporate Workplace environments. You will be exposed to project delivery activities across fit-outs, refurbishments, reinstatement works, and operational project environments. You will manage multiple ongoing projects at various stages and coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, landlords, and stakeholders to help ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

Support project delivery from planning through completion for workplace and commercial fit-out projects; Manage multiple ongoing projects at various stages; Coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, landlords, and stakeholders; Manage project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities; Coordinate tender and procurement activities; Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and documentation; Manage stakeholder meetings and project updates; Support contractor and consultant coordination; Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets

Requirements

Prior exposure within project management, fit-out, construction, consultancy, or contractor environments; Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams; Bring a structured and organized approach to project delivery; Enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams; Comfortable managing multiple concurrent activities and deadlines; Demonstrate adaptability within operational project environments; Collaborative problem solver; Diploma or degree in a relevant field and/or experience within project delivery, construction, interiors, facilities, or built-environment related environments; Business-aware and detail-oriented; Comfortable coordinating multiple priorities, supporting project governance activities, and collaborating across different stakeholders and project teams; Clear communicator and team contributor; Familiarity with digital tools and project coordination platforms

Nice to have

Experience within workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, or operational project environments; Exposure to stakeholder management, procurement, reporting, contractor coordination, and project delivery activities
