Colliers is looking for an experienced Property Accounting leader to oversee our national property accounting and client reporting function within Real Estate Management Services (REMS).

Responsibilities

Leading our national property accounting and client reporting function; Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of trust accounting professionals; Partnering with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting and business performance; Driving process improvement, automation and systems enhancements; Ensuring compliance, governance and financial control standards are maintained; Supporting new business opportunities through commercial and financial input; Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients

Requirements

Extensive experience in property accounting, trust accounting or real estate finance; Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams; Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills; Experience improving systems, processes and operational efficiency; CPA or CA qualification preferred; A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
