Property Broker (Sales)

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Property Broker to join our growing team in Plano, TX! We are a merit-based company, hard work & performance is recognized & rewarded in this office. Responsibilities

Build agent and broker relationships; Manage current book of business; Provide excellent customer service; Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets; Effectively manage carrier relationships; Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker; Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained

Requirements

CIC or CPCU designation; Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University; A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Underwriter/Broker; Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in insurance related discipline (preferred); A minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (preferred)
