Performs the full range of work in the management of real properties and facilities, which regularly encompasses work of a complex nature; may supervise lower-level property managers; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work: The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.; Basic Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.; Specialized Experience: Two and one-half years of work experience in property management, including efficient utilization and maintenance of real property and experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.; Substitutions Allowed: Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements will apply.; Driver's License: Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
