We are currently seeking either a part-time (4 days a week) or full time Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team. This position, which is based in our Gold Coast office, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial, industrial and retail assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients’ assets.

Responsibilities

Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants; Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomes; Monthly management and financial reports for all properties; Assisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlords; Conducting rent reviews, lease expiries and inspections; Organising work orders, assessing quotes and tenders and following up on completed works

Requirements

An ability and willingness to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants; A positive and proactive approach to problem solving; 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate management; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice; Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate; Demonstrated experience with property management platforms such as MRI, Cirrus8, or Yardi is highly regarded.
