Public Areas Attendant

We are currently looking for a Public Areas Attendant to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. Our Public Areas Attendants are appointed to look after the hotel’s public areas look and feel immaculate. This role plays an integral part in pursuing the Rosewood London aim providing memorable guest experiences. Key expectations of this role are ensuring immaculate presentation of allocated areas to the standards set by the hotel; cleaning allocated areas including public guest bathrooms and entrance areas; assisting guests with directions and enquiries; reporting all malfunctions in assigned areas to the Floor Supervisors or Office Coordinator. Profile: paying close attention to detail by not compromising quality standards; having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience; being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.

Responsibilities

Ensuring immaculate presentation of allocated areas to the standards set by the hotel; Cleaning allocated areas including public guest bathrooms and entrance areas; Assisting guests with directions and enquiries; Reporting all malfunctions in assigned areas to the Floor Supervisors or Office Coordinator

Requirements

Paying close attention to detail by not compromising quality standards; Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience; Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks; Eligible to live and work in the UK; Documented evidence of eligibility required as part of the recruitment process
